This policy explains how WELCOME2 BRAZIL ASSESSORIA PARA IMIGRANTES (CNPJ 52.241.467/0001-27), referred to here as "WB," collects and uses the data of anyone who fills out the contact form or messages us on WhatsApp through this site.

What data we collect

In the contact form: name, WhatsApp number, the immigration situation you select and, if you write one, the content of your message. If you use the WhatsApp link instead, what gets collected follows WhatsApp’s own rules.

What we use it for

Only to contact you about your immigration situation and move forward with your case, should you decide to work with WB. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given by checking the consent box on the form, under article 7, item I, of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

How long we keep it

For as long as our relationship with you lasts (including, where applicable, the immigration process handled by WB), plus whatever period is needed to meet legal obligations afterward.

Your rights

You can request confirmation, access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to wbassessoria.contato@gmail.com.
